February Hikes

Kestrel Bailey February 17, 2015

This month I've been taking the time to start exploring the new area I live in. Photography adds an aspect of appreciation and observation for what is around me.
This might become a regular weekend pastime, which I am definitely ready to make happen. The Pacific Northwest is home to evergreen trees and mossy forest floors. The way the low winter light filters through the trees captivates me. Not to mention the view out over the sound, to my childhood home.
Here are a few photos of those observations and beauty I want to share with you.
